First make an inventory of what you do have available Do you have meat? Any kind, be it chicken, beef, pork, canned meat? What about vegetables? Do you have any veggies? Do you have anything that will make it stretch, especially if you are feeding a family? I am referring to rice, potatoes, beef, or even flour for gravy? What spices do you have to season it with? Can you plan ahead or does it need to be cooked fairly quickly? Say under 1/2 hour? Now that you see what you have to use, let's try putting some ideas together.
