Dear Pat: We are regulars at the 1604 location of Paesanos restaurant, where they serve many mouth-watering Italian dishes, and they all sound so good. My problem is that every time I go, I end up ordering the baked veal, mushroom and spinach stuffed shells. The dish is fantastic.
