Did you know that African cooking, particularly Ethiopian and Tanzanian, has striking similarity with Indian? Only the spice content in theirs is a tad higher than ours. If you consider our curries already quite hot, wait till you've tried the Ethiopian lentil stew, or the red chicken curry 'Dorowat', you'll have smoke bellowing out of your ears.
