Holiday foods are delicious and full of fall flavors. I like to include ingredients like corn, butternut squash, pumpkin, pecans, persimmon, cranberry and apples. I like them not just because they are seasonal, but they also create an ambience of fall color on the table. The oranges, yellows, reds and browns match the leaves so perfectly.
