Johannesburg - Fat gets such a bad press that we sometimes forget that it is an essential part of a healthy diet. It helps to maintain our body’s temperature, protect the organs from injury, and absorb vitamins A, D, E and K. It also gives us energy. Unfortunately, many of us are eating too much fat.
