We have decided upon our Christmas menu, which will star a pork loin roast. Looking for a recipe that will fancy it up, I came upon Paula Deen's recipe that adds a cornbread dressing to the roast and lends itself well to a Crown Roast, in which the roast has been rolled and tied with the rib ends providing something of a "crown."
